I know a couple of people who've been riding on the replacements without problems, but they're both pretty light, and it's probably too early to tell whether Mavic has solved the problems. I'd wait a couple of years to find out before risking my neck on them. I'd also be concerned that Mavic will abandon them due to bad PR (see below) and parts will be hard to get.
Velonews had a report from someone using (I think) the replacements, who had a catastrophic failure of all the spokes, but Mavic disputed that the wheel was at fault. You should be able to find both articles there.
