I use Spinervals Hillacious about once a fortnight. Tough 1 hour workout that includes gradual climbs, rolling hills and steep climbs. The first couple of times I had to back off to recover during the rolling hills set. The high cadence on the downhill was very tough. I can now do the lot at the suggested pace, roller tension or gear. What is amazing is how much harder the whole thing is with the front wheel raised to better simulate climbing. If I do it on the level it is no where near as hard. Don't know if anyone else has found the same? The workout is far better than just watching TV and pedalling. It is motivating and the hour goes really quickly. The Spinervals are a bit expensive in my opinion. I think if coach Troy halved the price he would sell 10 times as many. One disconcerting thing - there are a couple of older guys (over 50) cycling in the DVD that dont look particularly fit, but they fly through the sets with far less heavy breathing than me. I'd feel better if they looked to be suffering as much as me.

I use the "tough love" and ouch the first time. Don't do more that 2hr of the 3hr. Though that I blown my money at first but now find it paying off big time gone up a grade.
