to shave 2kg of an 8kg bike will cost you around 6 grand. why drop cash when you can just drop chub and improve your wellbeing?

im known for my 500km solo training rides, 24hr solo races, ultra marathons, world cycle touring and health coaching.

where? migrant resource center, coglin st, adelaide city.
how much? entry by donation.

ps: please feel free to bring your dinner/snacks with you and eat it during the lecture, cos its easier to focus on the present when your body aint screaming for something to eat..

Hi Harley,

In case you haven't noticed, Tuesday is a popular night for serious group rides - you'd get better attendance on a Monday or Wednesday.

BTW, we're still waiting to hear about the mid-foot cleats :-)

I'll be there! Right after my crit which finishes at 7pm so I'll probably get there 7.30ish if that's okay?

and yep, plenty of room for everyones bike.

no point seriously train'n if we dont know how to seriously recover..

im still waiting for the midfoots..i think the shoe builder got glued to his workbench or something..
