group ride from cafe scuzzi, corner oçonnell and tynte, north adelaide, every tuesday from 6:15 - 3 groups -slow/medium/fast - leave about 10 mins apart - ride is to outer harbour and back, about 50k - i've ridden 4 times and really enjoy, have met good people and cafe does a good deal for a feed after if you want - lots of people who work in city roll up there every tue - you may need lights for ride home after as finish is about 8pm

I do the Bike SA Night Espresso ride on Tuesday night. Our fast group does a variety of routes, usually hilly, ending up at Primo's on Rundle St around 9pm. If you can manage 17 min or so Norton Summit, we'll be happy to have you :-) We set off from Bike SA's previous premises in Hurtle Square at 7pm.

A mate and I tried the Scuzzi ride once, and weren't impressed - apart from the boring flatness, we pulled the fast group most of the way while they chatted behind us quite slowly, then they sprinted away. What a bunch of heroes.

Still working on that sub 17 Nortons Ride - probably for me about 6 months away. (Happy I finally can get sub 20 consistently and even went sub 19 once). The Night Expresso mob also has a slower group which have been good to ride with as they are very socialable. Cafe Primo at the end of the ride is nice and the pizza goes down well, with a full cream latte (none of that skinny stuff). Good to have a regular mid week ride as well as the weekend rides to prepare for that TDU Community Challenge - noticed an increase in cycle traffic since the weather improved - nice cool evenings too at the moment
Mega Bike Blackwood have also extended their weekly ride and leave Blackwood Mega Bike Store Saturday now at 7am and travel 60-70km as a few riders are training for that TDU Community Challenge. Looks like Gorge road is going to be very busy come January 23rd.
