You have always been able to get a fine - even for not stopping at a stop sign on a bicycle. I think this is the way it should be anyway! My pet hate is cyclists out there not obeying road rules and giving everyone else (usually those who ride frequently) a bad name.

I once got fined for running a red light on the intersection of North Tce and King Bill St... Over Zealous Copper...
